วันอังคารที่ ๒๖ มีนาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ สถาบันภาษาได้กำหนดประชุม คณะกรรมการบริหารกองทุนสถาบันภาษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ครั้งที่๑/๒๕๖๗ ณ ห้องประชุมมงคลสิทธาจารย์ (ห้องB 312) ชั้น ๓ โซน B อาคารเรียนรวม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วังน้อย พระนครศรีอยุธยา และประชุมระบบออนไซต์ และออนไลน์ ผ่านโปรแกรม Zoom โดยมี พระมหาสมบูรณ์ วุฑฒิกโร รศ. ดร. เป็นประธานที่ประชุม มีวาระสำคัญดังนี้๑.รายงานสถานะการเงินสถาบันภาษา
๒. รายงานการใช้จ่ายในปีงบประมาณพ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖
๓. การขอปรับแผนจ่ายปีงบประมาณพ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ (ไปพลางก่อน)
๔. คำขอตั้งงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี ๒๕๖๗
๕. การเบิกจ่ายเงินที่สนับสนุนงบประมาณในส่วนงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัย
๖.การพิจารณาสนับสนุนงบประมาณให้ส่วนงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัย

On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, Language Institute scheduled a meeting of the 1st Fund Management Committee of Language Institute,MCU, at the Phra Monkholsitthajarn Meeting Room (Room B312), 3rd floor, Zone B, Classroom Building, MCU, Wang Noi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. The meeting was conducted both in-person and online via Zoom application, The meeting was presided over by Phra maha Somboon Vuttikaro,Assoc. Prof. Dr., vice rector for academic affairs of MCU. Furthermore, the main agenda items were as follows:
1. Report on the financial status of the Language Institute.
2. Report on expenditures of the fiscal year 2566 B.E.
3. Request for budget adjustment for the fiscal year 2566 B.E. (deferred).
4. Proposal for the annual expenditure budget for 2567 B.E.
5. Disbursement of funds to support budget allocations to the divisions within the university.
6. Consideration of budget support for internal departments within the university.
