ตามที่สถาบันภาษา ร่วมกับสำนักงานอธิการบดี ได้จัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหารและบุคลากรฯ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ ๑-๓ กันยายน ๒๕๖๘ ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ และออนไซต์ในวันที่ ๕ กันยายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ ทักษะ และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในงานเลขานุการ งานสารบรรณ และงานธุรการ สำหรับบุคลากรสายปฏิบัติการวิชาชีพจากส่วนงานต่าง ๆ ของ มจร ทั่วประเทศ นั้น
ในวันนี้มีกิจกรรมเริ่มต้นในช่วงเช้าด้วยการกล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าอบรม และกล่าวแนะนำวิทยากร โดย พระครูปริยัติรัตนคุณบัณฑิต รศ.ดร. ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันภาษา และการบรรยายพิเศษจากวิทยาก รศ.ดร.สุรพล สุยะพรหม รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการทั่วไป เรื่อง “งานเลขานุการที่พึงประสงค์” และนายยันยงค์ คำบรรลือ กรรมการบริหารงานบุคคลผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เรื่อง “งานสารบรรณภาครัฐ”
ภาคบ่าย เวลา ๑๒.๑๕ น. มีการจัดกิจกรรม “เสวนาเลขาฯ สารบรรณ และธุรการ” โดยผู้บริหาร และเลขานุการสำนักงานคณบดี ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ ได้แก่
– พระมหาเพ็ชร อธิปญฺโญ ผู้อำนวยการกองกิจการวิทยาเขต
– พระมหาธนวุฒิ โชติธมฺโม เลขานุการสำนักงานคณบดีบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย
– พระมหาฉัตรชัย ธมฺมวรเมธี ดร. เลขานุการสำนักงานคณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์
– พระธัชฑล รกฺขิโต เลขานุการสำนักงานคณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์
– พระมหาพิสุทธิ์ สิทฺธิเมธี เลขานุการสำนักงานคณบดีคณะสังคมศาสตร์
โดยมี รศ.ดร.ธัชชนันท์ อิศรเดช ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการทั่วไป เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการเสวนา
เวลา ๑๓.๓๐ น. พระเทพวัชรสารบัณฑิต รศ.ดร. รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวางแผนและพัฒนา เมตตาเดินทางมาเป็นประธานในพิธีปิดโครงการ พร้อมมอบวุฒิบัตรแก่ผู้ผ่านการอบรม และให้โอวาทเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
โครงการนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมและสำเร็จการอบรมทั้งสิ้น ๘๓ รูป/คน จากทุกส่วนงานทั่วประเทศ สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรให้พร้อมรองรับภารกิจสำคัญขององค์กรอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
Closing Ceremony of the Potential Development Program for Executives and Staff

Language Institute, in collaboration with the Office of the Rector, organized the Potential Development Program for Executives and Staff between September 1–3 in an online session and onsite on September 5, 2025. The program aimed to enhance knowledge, skills, and best practices in secretarial work, official correspondence, and administration for professional personnel from various MCU units across the country.
This morning’s activities began with a welcome speech for participants and the introduction of speakers by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phrakrupariyatrattanakhunpundit, Director of the Language Institute, followed by special lectures delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surapon Suyaprom, Vice Rector for General Affairs, on the topic “The Desirable Secretary”, and Mr. Yanyong Khambunlue, Distinguished Member of the Personnel Management Board, on the topic “Government Correspondence.”
In the afternoon, at 12:15 p.m., a panel discussion on “Secretarial, Correspondence, and Administrative Work” was held, featuring executives and faculty office secretaries who shared their experiences:
• Phra Maha Phet Aṭṭhipañño, Director of Campus Affairs Division
• Phra Maha Thanawut Chotithammo, Secretary of the Graduate School Dean’s Office
• Phra Maha Chatchai Thammavaramedhi, Ph.D., Secretary of the Faculty of Education Dean’s Office
• Phra Thatchathon Rakkhito, Secretary of the Faculty of Humanities Dean’s Office
• Phra Maha Phisut Sitthimethi, Secretary of the Faculty of Social Sciences Dean’s Office
The panel was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thatchanan Isaradech, Assistant to the President for General Affairs.
At 1:30 p.m., the closing ceremony was graciously presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phra Theowatcharasarapundit, Vice Rector for Planning and Policy, who presented certificates to the trainees and offered guidance on applying the knowledge gained for effective performance in their duties.
The program was successfully completed with a total of 83 participants from all MCU units nationwide, reflecting the university’s strong commitment to developing personnel capacity in order to sustainably support the institution’s key missions.
